Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling and integrations can remove friction, then build the fix.
•Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla APIs and SDKs to help internal teams move faster with AI-assisted development.
•Ship code that reaches real users, including internal tools teams adopt or customer-facing integrations.
•Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) as the default way of working.
•Share weekly lightning-talk demos (30 seconds) showing how you used AI to solve something that week.

Key Requirements

•Use agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to build something, and explain how you used AI to get results that actually work.
•Build things out of genuine curiosity, with evidence such as side projects, hackathon entries, open-source contributions, or shipped work.

•Comfort developing modern full-stack solutions and learning quickly.
•Be an undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related program.
