Job Summary

Drive quality performance across manufacturing plants by advancing Quality Management Systems for Commercial HVAC Americas. Implement and mature quality processes including work instructions, corrective action workflows, and Quality MDI, while supporting Braze Excellence adoption. Lead Root Cause Analysis across functions to improve processes and product performance, and help shape a quality culture by communicating improvement priorities and CTQ-driven customer impact.

•Advance implementation and maturity of Quality Management Systems across manufacturing locations for Commercial HVAC Americas.
•Drive quality systems including work instructions, job breakdown sheets, STW charts, and corrective action processes (CAR, Deviation, NCM).
•Track quality improvement delivery and hold teams accountable to support a change in quality culture.
•Develop understanding of equipment performance and CTQ elements to improve the customer experience.
•Facilitate Root Cause Analysis across multiple functions to correct manufacturing processes and improve product performance.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 75,700 - 135,834.99 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.
•5+ years of quality or quality engineering experience in design, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
•Applied knowledge of Advanced Quality Planning (APQP), DFMEA deployment, and Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP).
•Experience with quality management and operations using lean manufacturing processes and visual management.
•Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and with customers/suppliers.
