Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, optimize, and publish daily delivery routes using ORTEC based on volume, customer needs, driver hours, equipment availability, and service windows.
  • •Manage outlet master data and validate route efficiency, miles, stops per hour, and time window compliance.
  • •Dispatch drivers daily with clear route, stop, and service expectations, and serve as first point of contact for regions.
  • •Ensure compliance with DOT Hours of Service planning, company safety policies, and customer delivery requirements; escalate issues appropriately.
  • •Review daily performance metrics and identify routing improvement opportunities within ORTEC, supporting ongoing optimization and system parameter improvements.

Key Requirements
