Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Over 3 years of experience supporting automation equipment, robotics, manufacturing equipment, material handling systems, or autonomous technologies.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in technical environments.
  • •Equivalent military experience, technical certifications, apprenticeship programs, or demonstrated industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Preferred: over 5 years in automation/robotics/material handling or advanced manufacturing operations.
