Key Responsibilities

  • •Define procedures/bills of materials and assemble transformer cores and related sub-assemblies using customer specifications, blueprints, and standardized procedures.
  • •Follow engineering drawings to assemble connections and load/stack cores around coil legs; palletize and secure with banding straps.
  • •Operate brazing equipment and use a TTR Tester to test finished units, troubleshooting issues to ensure proper ratio and secure connections.
  • •Perform rework on damaged or defective components/assemblies to meet quality standards.
  • •Transport materials and finished assemblies using work saver/industrial equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and adhere to safety and 5S practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be within a 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility (Active-Duty Military Service members exempt).

  • •Ability to work from quality/production standards and interpret coil specifications and computerized win-sheets/prints.
