Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate accounts as part of the coverage team, partnering with relationship managers to structure deals and make credit recommendations. Review and recommend credit decisions, perform final risk rating and ongoing monitoring, and document credit actions, conditions, and modifications. Generate commitment letters, interpret lending policies, communicate credit events to clients, and mentor more junior portfolio managers and credit analysts while operating within the bank’s risk appetite.

•Accountable for managing a portfolio of accounts.
•Review and recommend credit decisions, including analyzing and applying credit structures, pricing, terms, conditions, covenants, and collateral value.
•Partner with relationship managers as a coverage team to assess prospective client viability and define borrowers/guarantors and deal structure.
•Perform portfolio monitoring duties including maintaining investor group access on the lender portal, periodic deal review, and executing renew/modify decisions.
•Generate commitment letters and communicate directly with clients regarding credit events and actions as needed.

Salary: USD 96,500 - 207,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
•At least 8 years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience in CRE credit/underwriting.
•Highly proficient analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills with client-facing presence.
•Experience managing an advanced commercial client portfolio with complex transactions.
•Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling, and ability to partner with deal stakeholders.
