Billing Operations Analyst

Join the Billing team to ensure accurate, timely invoicing by verifying sales orders and resolving customer billing discrepancies. You’ll upload invoices into multiple portals, support billing case inquiries, and analyze case data to spot patterns and recommend improvements. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll help implement process enhancements, maintain internal documentation and SOPs, and contribute to smoother end-to-end billing operations.
