Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations, using clienteling tools, mobile POS, and social selling (including short-form video) to drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection, while maintaining service standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
