Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, DOT inspections, and follow-up repairs on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
•Diagnose, adjust, and repair electrical, brake, cooling, engine, transmission, and other truck systems; perform tests and road tests to verify repairs.
•Independently manage parts inventory and company-issued service truck; conduct safety checks and pre-/post-trip inspections.
•Communicate with clients and management to assess needs, provide information, and obtain approvals on repairs and estimates.
•Document all findings on Repair Orders using the TRAIT application and complete DOT forms in a timely fashion.

Salary: USD 26.73 - 40.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related field experience (or equivalent combination)
•At least 3 years of experience with refrigerated equipment
•Possess and provide a set of hand tools necessary to perform required duties
•OEM training and certifications are preferred
•DOT/FMCSA regulations compliance; ability to pass a pre-employment DOT background screening and DOT physical; valid driver’s license
