Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to T&O SLT members, interacting professionally with employees, customers, and external advisors.
  • •Plan and create meetings, manage complex and frequently changing calendars, and maintain schedules for staff and department activities.
  • •Coordinate complex travel and meeting logistics, including T&E and purchase card reporting and reconciliation.
  • •Process invoices and ensure timely vendor payments, including purchase order processing.
  • •Create presentation and proposal packages, ensure documents are posted accurately for meetings/conference calls, and support events coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in an executive administrative role, specifically supporting C-suite level executives.
  • •3+ years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • •Ability to be located, or willing to relocate, to Stamford, CT.
  • •Availability to be onsite 3–4 days per week.
  • •High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with strong communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
