Key Responsibilities

  • •Under senior supervision, update and revise 2D/3D cabin models based on manufacturing and design requirements and support design-engineering delivery.
  • •Track customization milestones and support project deliverables through the engineering change process, including drafting feasibility studies, integration plans, and clash investigations.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams (stress engineers, drafters, and designers) to support design manufacturability and provide design input during team reviews.
  • •Identify recurring design issues and help develop scripted or automated solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Prepare engineering models and documentation using standard templates and gather/organize test and certification data for review by senior engineers and compliance leads.

Key Requirements

  • •0 to 3 years total experience in design/analysis with cabin and cargo and/or system installation projects.
  • •Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering (Aero, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
  • •Strong proficiency using Google G Suite and excellent written communication for technical documents (reports, specifications, work statements, requirements).
  • •Must have the ability to use CAD tools, with Catia V5 listed as essential, plus capability to learn required toolsets.
  • •Authorized to work in the US and strong attention to detail/proof-reading skills.
