Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end global S&OP and IBP operating cadence across demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning.
  • •Lead pre-S&OP and executive S&OP forums with Pandora’s Executive Leadership Team to drive cross-functional alignment and enterprise decision-making.
  • •Establish and maintain a single set of numbers across demand, supply, inventory, and financial outcomes.
  • •Drive scenario planning and trade-off discussions across revenue, margin, inventory, capacity, cost, and cash flow.
  • •Lead inventory governance and working capital optimization initiatives, including planning readiness for major product launches.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operations, finance, merchandising, manufacturing, or related business functions.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing specialist teams.
  • •Strong experience with S&OP, IBP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or enterprise planning processes.
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional planning governance and alignment across demand, supply, inventory, and finance.
  • •Experience facilitating executive-level planning and decision-making forums with senior stakeholders.
