Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end cost management across manufacturing partners, including quotation validation, pricing negotiation, cost optimization, and profitability assurance.
  • •Create quarterly and long-term (annual/3-year) capacity plans, convert capacity plans to Capex plans, and align execution with Finance.
  • •Prepare and present capacity reports and weekly dashboard reviews with progress updates and gap analysis across teams.
  • •Track CM spending, yield/scrap, and transformation costs on weekly/monthly/quarterly schedules and perform related analytical work.
  • •Review daily offline spending quotations, compare price/cost, build the cost database, submit purchase requisitions, and support cost-reduction initiatives and quarterly settlement/forecasting.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA or equivalent
  • •5+ years of experience, preferably with an optical/electrical engineering technologies background
  • •Familiar with Oracle and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Highly motivated, independent, and proactive in avoiding and resolving issues
  • •Strong negotiation, data analytics, and relationship-building skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
