Job Summary

Support program financial planning and execution across the contract lifecycle, serving as a financial point of contact for assigned development programs. Execute monthly/quarterly contract deliverables, manage inter-organizational transfers, and build financial forecasts in RPlan. Perform cost collection analysis and provide program startup, execution, reporting, and closeout support, collaborating with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain. Produce reports and presentations for program reviews and management.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables.
•Manage inter-organizational transfers (IOTs) with partner business units, documenting funding and scope accurately.
•Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts using RPlan.
•Perform financial analysis to support compliant cost collection and program execution.
•Support program startup, execution, forecasting, reporting, and contract closeout; prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for program reviews and management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree in a related field).
•Experience using Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
•Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data and presenting information to management and peers.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizen required).
