Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and administer operational efforts of the branch, ensuring policies/procedures are followed and service is delivered to customers and prospects.
  • •Supervise work scheduling and daily workflow, ensuring branch security and compliance with bank policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain proper cash controls, including daily balancing of transactions, deposit handling, and verification of cash held by tellers.
  • •Lead and train branch staff through objective setting, coaching, meetings, orientation, cross-training, and performance appraisals.

Key Requirements

  • •At least five years of lending experience, with commercial lending experience required.
  • •Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements and thorough knowledge of bank services and products.
  • •Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills with well-organized, detail-oriented execution.
