Banking Center President (Full Time) - Horseshoe Bay

Direct and administer day-to-day branch operations, ensuring policies and legal/regulatory requirements are followed while customers receive prompt, professional service. Lead, train, and supervise branch staff, manage cash controls, oversee expenses, and drive sales and cross-selling. Evaluate and process commercial loan requests, monitor construction and development loans, support collections, and maintain strong customer and internal relationships. Prepare reports and keep management informed of branch performance and issues.
