Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead the global strategy for warehouse fleet optimization across owned and leased material handling equipment.
•Use telematics and operational data to improve asset utilization and productivity.
•Conduct fleet rightsizing analysis using benchmarking, historical data, and future volume planning.
•Identify opportunities to reduce fleet ownership, leasing, maintenance, and operating costs to improve total cost of ownership.
•Evaluate and validate fleet investment requests and CAPEX business cases, and provide recommendations for capital allocation. Maintain technical specifications and support strategic fleet initiatives.

Key Requirements

•University degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
•8+ years of professional experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial/warehouse engineering, supply chain strategy, network design, or a related field.
•Proven experience managing or optimizing material handling equipment fleets (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, AGVs).
•Strong experience using telematics platforms and fleet analytics to drive operational and financial improvements.
•Advanced analytical and financial analysis capability, including total cost of ownership evaluation and CAPEX business case development (Power BI experience preferred).
