Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead the global strategy for warehouse fleet optimization across owned and leased material handling equipment.
  • •Use telematics and operational data to improve asset utilization and productivity.
  • •Conduct fleet rightsizing analysis using benchmarking, historical data, and future volume planning.
  • •Identify opportunities to reduce fleet ownership, leasing, maintenance, and operating costs to improve total cost of ownership.
  • •Evaluate and validate fleet investment requests and CAPEX business cases, and provide recommendations for capital allocation. Maintain technical specifications and support strategic fleet initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
  • •8+ years of professional experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial/warehouse engineering, supply chain strategy, network design, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience managing or optimizing material handling equipment fleets (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, AGVs).
  • •Strong experience using telematics platforms and fleet analytics to drive operational and financial improvements.
  • •Advanced analytical and financial analysis capability, including total cost of ownership evaluation and CAPEX business case development (Power BI experience preferred).
