Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all logistics, customs, and warehouse operations across Türkiye Duty Free business.
  • •Ensure compliance with Turkish Customs Legislation, duty free regulations, warehouse requirements, airport regulations, and applicable legal obligations.
  • •Oversee product flow from regional distribution center and supplier warehouses through Türkiye warehouses and stores.
  • •Manage import operations, including transportation coordination, customs clearance, receiving, and warehouse activities.
  • •Lead and develop the customs and logistics team, including audits, inventory counts, risk identification, and continuous improvement of procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years’ experience in logistics, warehouse management, customs operations, import processes, or supply chain roles, preferably in retail/travel retail/duty free/FMCG.
  • •Strong knowledge of Turkish Customs Legislation, import procedures, customs declaration processes, and warehouse operations.
  • •Proven experience managing customs compliance, import documentation, and international logistics operations.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience managing, developing, and motivating teams; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
