Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage all MEP-related activities across the project lifecycle, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • •Develop and maintain MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned to overall project objectives.
  • •Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering and construction teams for seamless integration.
  • •Prepare and review MEP technical submittals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
  • •Oversee MEP resources, conduct site inspections for quality and HSE compliance, and resolve technical issues; provide regular progress reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • •Proven success as a Project Manager managing MEP systems for large-scale building or civil infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and electrical systems.
  • •Knowledge of Saudi Arabia building codes, technical standards, and regulations.
  • •Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and office applications.
