Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement talent development policies, strategies, and procedures aligned with HR strategy and global best practices.
•Build annual learning and development plans, including leadership and technical programs tailored to job needs.
•Oversee scholarships, graduate programs, summer training, and new-employee onboarding to ensure consistent joining experiences.
•Manage individual performance evaluation processes and oversee training center functions to ensure optimal use of resources and assets.
•Evaluate training programs and providers, report on performance and impact, and recommend improvements to content, delivery methods, and assessment tools using feedback and learning analytics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
•9+ years of experience if you hold a Master’s degree, or 11+ years if you hold a Bachelor’s degree.
•Experience in talent assessment and building a competency framework.
•Proven ability to manage performance appraisal and employee evaluations.
•Experience managing and improving digital learning platforms and designing learning strategies.
