Drive TikTok Shop growth by identifying and onboarding Beauty merchants and building their mid- and long-term account plans. Own GMV targets through data-driven experimentation and iteration, and analyze Beauty market trends to uncover new opportunities. Key Responsibilities

•Identify and onboard Beauty merchants, providing business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partner education, and account plans to grow sustainably.
•Own GMV targets and drive merchant performance via data, experimentation, and iteration.
•Analyze Beauty market trends and subcategory performance to find priorities and new growth opportunities.
•Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service vendors to support partner content on the platform.
•Own internal projects and propose initiatives to improve the ecommerce ecosystem and competitiveness advantage.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in Chinese to work with internal teams based in Mainland China; fluency in Spanish and English to work with local stakeholders.
•Skilled at collaborating with Mandarin-speaking and English/Spanish-speaking accounts and cross-functional teams.
•Strong interpersonal skills plus excellent communication, negotiation, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
•Strong knowledge of the Spanish ecommerce industry landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation.
•Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly; fast learner with a can-do attitude.
