Key Responsibilities

•Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
•Monitor and test application performance, identify bottlenecks, and work with developers to implement fixes.
•Optimize software systems for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency to ensure strong user experience.
•Collect infrastructure system engineering requirements with engineering groups and stakeholders, and lead project teams across the software lifecycle.
•Review designs for compliance with standards, provide domain expertise across programs, integrate new technologies, and mentor team members.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in systems engineering and/or computer programming languages.
•Experience developing and integrating complex software systems, including design, coding, testing, and integration.
•Knowledge of software system performance optimization, scalability, and resource efficiency.
•Familiarity with Agile methodology and modern cloud/container platforms.
