Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage multiple collections case queues in Salesforce, ensuring new cases are cleared within one business day.
  • •Pull and merge weekly/monthly aging reports to identify past-due accounts and prioritize collections activity.
  • •Conduct proactive customer outreach (calls/emails) to resolve past-due balances, negotiate payment plans, and clear escalated cases.
  • •Prepare and process manual invoices, audit billing changes, and manually apply contract terms to invoicing and billing setup.
  • •Maintain accurate case notes and follow-up cadences across reporting warehouses, triage billing/collections inquiries, and assist with month-end close and reconciliation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60,000 - 80,000

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of AR/collections experience, including at least 1+ year in a high-volume, VC-backed SaaS environment.
  • •Hands-on collections experience with end-to-end aging analysis, customer outreach, and case/queue management.
  • •Must have experience with Salesforce for recurring subscription and usage-based billing instances.
  • •Comfortably manage high-volume collections cases across multiple queues using tools/reports such as Slack, Google Sheets, and Notion.
  • •Working knowledge of subscription billing software (e.g., Recurly), Salesforce CPQ, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and manual invoicing/contract review processes.
