Job Summary

Own end-to-end accounts receivable for a high-volume SaaS billing environment, including aging analysis, collections case queues, and customer outreach to resolve past-due balances. Support Salesforce data validation, manual invoicing, and enterprise contract processing by reading contracts and applying terms to billing. Partner with Customer Support and Customer Success, track collections analytics, and assist with month-end close and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage multiple collections case queues in Salesforce, ensuring new cases are cleared within one business day.
•Pull and merge weekly/monthly aging reports to identify past-due accounts and prioritize collections activity.
•Conduct proactive customer outreach (calls/emails) to resolve past-due balances, negotiate payment plans, and clear escalated cases.
•Prepare and process manual invoices, audit billing changes, and manually apply contract terms to invoicing and billing setup.
•Maintain accurate case notes and follow-up cadences across reporting warehouses, triage billing/collections inquiries, and assist with month-end close and reconciliation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60,000 - 80,000

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of AR/collections experience, including at least 1+ year in a high-volume, VC-backed SaaS environment.
•Hands-on collections experience with end-to-end aging analysis, customer outreach, and case/queue management.
•Must have experience with Salesforce for recurring subscription and usage-based billing instances.
•Comfortably manage high-volume collections cases across multiple queues using tools/reports such as Slack, Google Sheets, and Notion.
•Working knowledge of subscription billing software (e.g., Recurly), Salesforce CPQ, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and manual invoicing/contract review processes.
