Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution of client coverage initiatives and live opportunities, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Direct and quality-control financial models, analyses, and scenario work; articulate drivers, risks, and recommendations to senior bankers and clients.
  • •Own diligence workflows and ensure models, pitch materials, and client updates are accurate, current, and aligned to strategy.
  • •Partner with product teams (DCM/ECM and others) to craft integrated financing and advisory solutions and support origination with ideas and sector insights.
  • •Mentor, coach, and oversee Analysts and Associates/CAP participants; provide structured feedback and support staffing/performance inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • •4-5 years of total experience in banking, investment banking, M&A, or capital markets (including prior Associate-level responsibilities).
  • •Strong credit underwriting and corporate banking skills.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and presentation development.
  • •Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses required within Fifth Third guidelines.
