Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform ongoing surveillance of covered transactions, including monitoring deal and asset performance and verifying borrowing bases and servicer reports.
  • •Conduct regular reviews of the Asset Backed Finance Group’s portfolio and execute renewals or modifications to deals.
  • •Work on deal amendments and changes in terms, including coordinating field exams on existing lending facilities.
  • •Communicate directly with clients regarding credit events and actions as needed, and document credit decisions, conditions, and modifications.
  • •Review and refresh transaction risk ratings and recommend credit decisions while partnering with ABF relationship managers and analysts for facility onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting).
  • •At least 3 years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience in Commercial Banking.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with strong critical thinking and clear verbal and written communication.
  • •Experience managing an advanced commercial client portfolio with some complexity.
  • •Expertise in financial and risk analysis, including financial modeling, and the ability to partner across deal stakeholders.
