Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, define, and prioritize financial systems product features and enhancements, including building business-case metrics.
  • •Develop end-to-end workflow understanding for finance, procurement, and operations personas across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash lenses.
  • •Serve as the hub across Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Sales, Order Operations, Partner Experience, Legal, and Tax to align launches.
  • •Own release enablement end to end (communications, documentation, SOPs, training) and coordinate with Marketing to drive adoption.
  • •Partner with Accounting, Controllership, Tax, and Internal Audit to design controls and troubleshoot complex sales orders, purchase orders, and ledger postings; apply automation/AI to measurable, reversible manual processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product, program, or project management plus 4+ years in an accounting-related role (bookkeeping, staff accounting, or audit).
  • •Strong accounting fundamentals: accrual concepts, revenue recognition, chart of accounts, reconciliation, month-end close, audit, and SOX controls.
  • •Experience with accounting/ERP systems and subledgers, including how journal entries flow between ledgers.
  • •Experience designing policy-driven workflows (credit limits, approvals, tiered sign-off, exception queues, escalation logic).
  • •Familiarity integrating ERP platforms and third-party solutions (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle; Stripe, Avalara, High Radius, Zuora; Coupa/Ariba) and exceptional communication skills.
