You’ll provide excellent customer service, resolve customer issues, and proactively identify opportunities through appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and follow-up programs. Educate customers on deposit and lending products and how to optimize online, mobile, and ATM banking, while maintaining knowledge of services, technology, and policies.
