Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction, development oversight, and performance accountability for global Infios’s Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS deployments.
  • •Own WMS integration architecture and reliability, including integrations to hosting systems and CDC pipelines to Snowflake/Databricks.
  • •Own CI/CD and deployment automation maturity: high-confidence releases with rollback strategies, feature flagging, environment gate checks, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • •Partner to build a world-class QA function, driving automated regression suites, AI-assisted edge case generation, and contract testing for integrations.
  • •Lead engineering metrics and roadmap governance using DORA metrics, structured design reviews, and evaluations to refactor/replace legacy systems.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of warehouse management system (WMS) software engineering and implementation experience in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment environments.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with Infios’s Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS platform with SQL Server.
  • •3+ years managing application integrations via microservices, including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and ETL pipelines.
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing or scaling CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing gates, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices across multi-environment stacks.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with agentic and AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit, SonarQube AI) with a track record of measurable team-wide adoption and impact.
