Job Summary

Deliver ICT engineering and system administration for business-critical defence and security environments. Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain ICT engineering solutions that meet operational and business requirements.
•Deliver ICT projects and assigned technical tasks within agreed schedules and budgets.
•Provide Level 2 help desk support under SLA requirements, including investigating, troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and fulfilling service requests.
•Monitor, test, and deploy security patches to maintain system security and compliance; harden systems as required.
•Deploy software builds/releases across development, testing, and production environments; maintain ICT infrastructure, perform COTS upgrades, and update technical documentation while liaising with vendors and end users.

Key Requirements

•Australian citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
•3–4 years of experience in ICT systems administration, engineering, or technical support roles.
•Experience implementing ICT infrastructure and system solutions and delivering technical projects within timelines and budgets.
•Proven ability to provide Level 2 support in a service management environment, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
•Knowledge of security patch management, system hardening, and supporting/upgrading Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications.
