Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead executive discovery and strategy with CFOs, finance leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand planning processes and priorities.
  • •Design and deliver tailored demonstrations for large, complex diversified-industries enterprises across FP&A, workforce planning, and operational planning.
  • •Create and communicate a value story connecting business outcomes to Workday planning and AI capabilities, driving deal strategy with the account team.
  • •Position Workday as a trusted advisor by sharing enterprise planning best practices, scenario modeling, and performance management.
  • •Collaborate with Sales on opportunity strategy and key sales motions (qualification, demos, POV/POC, RFP/RFI, workshops) and mentor peers on demo best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant presales, consulting, or finance experience focused on planning, forecasting, or analytics for large enterprise organizations.
  • •Ability to engage and present to executive audiences (VP/C-level), leading business-focused discovery and solutioning.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise planning tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning or similar) across FP&A, workforce planning, and/or operational planning.
