Job Summary

Provide steady-state support and advanced troubleshooting for M365 messaging and collaboration infrastructure. Manage and administer Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview, including security, compliance, data governance, sensitivity labeling, DLP, and insider risk. Configure Defender for Office 365 protections and maintain Enterprise Vault archiving. Handle on-call escalations and maintenance, monitor and optimize the environment, and document configurations, changes, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced technical support for M365 services, resolving complex issues and handling escalations.
•Deliver steady-state support for email and collaboration infrastructure, including on-call responsibilities and maintenance activities.
•Administer Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview, including data governance, security, compliance, sensitivity labeling, DLP, and insider risk management.
•Configure and fine-tune Defender for Office 365 protections and maintain Enterprise Vault archiving, indexing, and storage.
•Monitor, optimize, and document the M365 environment; generate reports on performance, usage, and security, and coordinate with other teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft Purview.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to end users.
•Good analytical and problem-solving skills with independent judgment on technical matters.
•Microsoft 365 certification preferred.
