Job Summary

Lead and mature the organization’s information security program for a fully remote workforce across the US and international offices. Own cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, vulnerability management, and incident response, including playbooks and disaster recovery. Drive security compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 Type II, support enterprise customer security questionnaires, and build a security-first culture with awareness and phishing training. Partner with leadership to translate cyber risk into business impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the company’s information security strategy and scalable security roadmap, including security policies and governance frameworks.
•Conduct enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk assessments and manage vulnerability management, remediation roadmap, and third-party/vendor security assessments.
•Own incident response, including playbooks, tabletop exercises, post-incident reviews, and coordination with external security vendors when needed.
•Lead security compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 Type II and future certifications, and maintain security documentation for audits and evidence collection.
•Build and/or manage security awareness and phishing training programs, establish security KPIs, and report security maturity to executives.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.
•3+ years leading enterprise security programs or security teams.
•Demonstrated experience performing cybersecurity risk assessments and threat modeling.
•Strong knowledge of cloud-first and SaaS environments including Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, Okta, and modern identity platforms.
•Experience implementing and maintaining security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
