Senior Facilities Management Manager (QA)

Oversee the operational delivery of facilities services across an assigned contract, department/section, or geographical area. Lead multi-disciplinary teams covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, civil works, cleaning, maintenance, grounds, and security. Develop preventive maintenance schedules, manage service contracts, run facilities inspections, ensure safety and emergency preparedness, and control budgets while driving cost-effectiveness and client portfolio growth.
