Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control services and operational activities for an assigned facilities contract, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and civil engineering works.
  • •Motivate and lead subordinates to execute responsibilities with high productivity and maintain moral standards.
  • •Create and develop yearly preventive maintenance schedules and oversee building and grounds maintenance.
  • •Supervise work quality, multi-disciplinary staff (cleaning, maintenance, grounds, security), and implement security and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • •Manage and review service contracts, conduct and document facilities inspections, implement workplace safety precautions, and manage budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to be successful in the role.
  • •Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • •Effective communication and leadership skills to motivate and lead subordinates.
