Key Responsibilities

•Own your Customers: Be the person your customers rely on - responsive, on top of the details, and trusted to get things done
•Drive Deployments: Own enterprise customer engagements from first call to full deployment and beyond
•Know the Product: Go deep on Simile's platform - simulations, population modeling, evals, and validations - and bring that knowledge into every customer conversation
•Work Cross-functionally: Bridge the gap between what customers need and what product and modeling teams build, and make sure the right insights from the field shape internal decisions
•Shape the Business: Take on high-impact projects that span the full business - from how we land new customers to how we think about simulation quality and what we build next

Travel: Low travel
