Job Summary

Lead daily store operations and ensure achievement of sales targets by driving high customer service, profitability, and brand presence. •Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the store team at all times.

•Ensure compliance of subordinates with company policies, including funds/properties, personnel practices, security, sales, and record keeping.
•Coach, train, and mentor store teams; ensure Health & Safety, Security, and Compliance policies are followed and concerns are escalated timely.
