Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate on product design by empowering product teams to build compliant risk-based processes, controls, and solutions.
  • •Perform pre-launch and ongoing regulatory analysis, risk assessments, and advise product managers on regulations, gaps, and risks.
  • •Identify and manage LatAm regulatory risks across products, oversee the control environment, and evaluate residual risk exposure.
  • •Conduct audit management and support issue management and remediation in collaboration with compliance second line and product teams.
  • •Represent Wise in meetings with banking partners and the Central Bank, articulating products and the compliance framework.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MXN 1,944,000 - 2,526,000 annually

  • •Regulatory-legal background with financial regulation advisory experience and comfort interpreting LatAm regulations.
