Key Responsibilities

•Shift from feature-selling to articulating the business value of the Microsoft ecosystem, focused on Data & AI, Security, and Cloud integration.
•Guide customers through their AI journey from Azure infrastructure to deployment of Copilot and agentic solutions.
•Build and nurture C-level enterprise relationships to influence long-term strategic direction in Belgium.
•Lead end-to-end, complex multi-level sales cycles from account planning and use-case identification through execution and adoption.
•Collaborate with technical specialists to tailor bespoke services leveraging Azure, M365, and Power Platform.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales with a track record managing complex, multi-level engagements.
•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Power Platform), Security, and Data & AI markets.
•Ability to qualify high-impact AI use cases and explain differentiators of agentic workflows and Copilot integration.
•Strong existing network within the Belgian Enterprise market.
•Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
