Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead response to critical, customer-impacting major incidents as Primary/Secondary Incident Manager as needed.
  • •Own command and control of the incident bridge, keeping the call structured and driving fact-based decisions.
  • •Coordinate recovery plans and drive the team toward resolution by setting/holding timelines, ensuring validations, and confirming service restoration.
  • •Maintain incident tracking with clear incident summaries and action items, including comprehensive handovers for the follow-the-sun model.
  • •Manage customer-facing and internal communications during incidents, translating technical details into business impact and stakeholder-ready status updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or M.S. degree in CS, MIS, or an equivalent discipline.
  • •4+ years of incident management, technical operations, or SRE experience with a track record of delivering business value and improvement.
  • •4+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or a private cloud environment.
  • •Experience writing customer-facing root cause analysis/postmortem reports and producing incident communications (e.g., status page updates) with accurate detail and timing.
  • •Experience with ServiceNow and strong call-leadership skills to lead engineers and stakeholders under pressure.
