Key Responsibilities

•Design highway transportation projects and traffic control elements (signing, pavement markings, traffic signals)
•Use Bentley MicroStation/Open Roads for design work and ensure compliance with DOT standards
•Collaborate on large Design/Build or alternative delivery projects with DOT clients
•Participate in project teams across planning, design and construction phases to deliver high-quality solutions
•Support relocation and hybrid work arrangements as needed

•BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (CAD Designers)
•BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Junior Level Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Mid-Level Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads)
•EIT Certification or PE License (Preferred)
