Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed and accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
  • •Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in line with project requirements and standards (CESMM).
  • •Ensure all measurements comply with recognised measurement standards and methodologies.
  • •Draft and issue RFIs and liaise with design teams to clear RFIs.
  • •Lead or assist design reviews and support measurement activities to improve workflow and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying or measurement roles.

  • •Proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, Revit, or similar) is essential.
  • •Familiarity with BOQ descriptions in CESMM, NRM 1 and POMI.
