Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, innovate, and lead tooling, programming, and machining solutions for new machining processes and technologies supporting product and factory development.
  • •Evaluate product and production design requirements and manufacturing processes to deliver cost- and schedule-effective factory solutions aligned to product needs.
  • •Support design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of production systems at new factory sites, focusing on machining and NC programming.
  • •Lead hands-on to set an example and expedite project completion.
  • •Drive collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver production system designs and support facility design, construction, and commissioning.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience as a programmer and machining expert for large part machining with hard metals and exotic materials.
  • •Technology development experience in machining, automation, prototyping, and process development.
  • •Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment alongside operations and manufacturing engineering to understand and optimize the production system.
  • •Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
