Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, employee lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
  • •Manage sensitive employee relations cases and terminations, including drafting legally sound documentation.
  • •Provide international HR consultation on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning, staying current on labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • •Advise on employment contracts, employment law risk mitigation, and support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and salary changes.
  • •Coordinate employee immigration/mobility needs with the Global Mobility team and drive process optimization through automation and AI.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of HR experience in a role supporting employee lifecycle and HR operations.
  • •Fluent French and English; additional languages are a bonus.
