Job Summary

Legal role within the Compliance team for an AI-focused platform, owning worldwide AI/e‑commerce compliance workflows, contracts, data protection documentation, and regulatory tracking. You’ll work with the Ethics and Compliance Officer, review product features for consumer rights and data protection, and help update legal terms while navigating NSFW content and fast-moving AI regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI and e-commerce platforms, including contracts and assessments under data protection law (e.g., DPAs, TIAs).
•Prepare and maintain required compliance documentation, including internal data protection documentation, AI governance, and an inventory of EverAI’s AI systems, plus risk assessments under safety laws.
•Conduct product and feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance.
•Oversee day-to-day compliance tasks (IP issues, DMCA notices, NDAs, licenses, TOS and privacy notices).
•Track and analyze relevant legal developments to advise on EverAI’s regulatory posture.

Key Requirements
