Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-class field service for Eaton installed base products to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • •Perform installation, commissioning, fault finding/repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Oversee commissioning in local CSU and EMEA on behalf of Eaton Field Service; provide highest-level technical expertise for hyperscale commissioning.
  • •Support and train local FSEs; onboard, coach, and mentor new FSEs.
  • •Manage key account technical escalations, including site visits, drive escalations to conclusion, and provide feedback; coordinate commissioning considerations with project managers and assist SIS on high-profile client support.

Key Requirements

  • •Installer electrical background with suitable education/qualifications.
  • •5 years of UPS experience.
  • •Three-phase electrical installation and commissioning experience.
  • •Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP).
  • •Programming PLC control systems (Power Control, Generator Control, SCADA or process control) knowledge is an advantage.
