•Deliver process improvement projects that produce measurable cost savings, improved quality, or increased production.
•Perform process capability studies, statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making for operational excellence.
•Maintain BPM strategy execution and ensure risks from business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled per risk/compliance policies.
•Serve as a technical leader and resource: mentor and coach teams, oversee process workflows, document status/changes, track metrics, and communicate findings to upper management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience substitution in lieu of degree.
•6 years of process engineering experience, including methodologies and disciplines.
•Demonstrated statistics use and Lean Six Sigma methods, including tools like SIPOC, VOC, process mapping, root cause analysis, process requirements, and SPC.
•Demonstrated ability to proactively influence change at leadership and team levels.
•Black Belt or Green Belt certification, or completion of 3 Lean/Six Sigma projects.
