Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow up and improve supplier production plans to meet delivery requirements.
  • •Perform production process and final audits for items including vacuum cleaners, motors, hoses, filter bags, and related accessories to reduce customer complaints.
  • •Report daily to the direct manager on product audits, quality issues, and project development issues.
  • •Support and follow up on new projects and quality issues that occur in supplier production lines or arise from customer complaints.
  • •Help suppliers train operators and QC teams according to ETC product requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • •5+ years of experience in quality or supply chain quality.
  • •Solid product knowledge in areas such as PPAP, QCSIR, CAPA, CP, SPC, ESAC, and related methods when specified.
  • •Familiarity with a Quality Management System and quality tools.
  • •Excellent communication and liaison skills in Vietnam and English (fluent oral Chinese is preferred), with Occupational Health and Safety awareness.
