Key Responsibilities

•Perform table maintenance duties according to company service standards.
•Handle opening/running/closing duties and respond to guest inquiries and requests politely.
•Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout the shift.
•Keep the floor neat and clean by clearing spills, using floor signs, and disposing trash and recyclables properly.
•Keep current on SOPs and menu items, follow private party service guidelines, assist others as needed, and support special events occasionally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 hourly

•Perform high-volume kitchen operations and food service work as an expeditor or server in a high-volume environment.
•Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of urgency and time management.
•Maintain kitchen sanitation standards and follow standard operating procedures.

•High school diploma required.
