Roadside Technician - Global Imports MINI

Respond to roadside assistance calls and provide on-site automotive support to customers experiencing vehicle issues. Perform jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fluid top-offs, battery testing, and basic inspections, then escalate major concerns to the Service Advisor. Maintain clean and properly functioning service equipment, follow safety procedures, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and keep accurate service records while working independently outdoors.
