Job Summary

Partner with regional offices to position and close service-oriented offerings, working alongside Sales Management, Account Managers, and local leadership. Serve as a subject-matter expert on service capabilities and processes, run client discovery, and translate requirements into actionable solutions via Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work. Collaborate with Solutions Architects to align technical deliverables, maintain stakeholder relationships, and support ongoing business reviews with service feedback and performance metrics.

•Drive strategy meetings with sales managers across customer accounts using a services-oriented solution approach.
•Act as a subject matter expert on service offerings, capabilities, and processes.
•Run client discovery sessions and identify opportunities to optimize or expand services based on customer needs.
•Incorporate customer requirements into actionable service solutions using Master Service Agreements and/or Statements of Work.
•Maintain stakeholder relationships, support ongoing business reviews, and track service feedback and performance metrics to improve offerings.
