Job Summary

Plan and execute semiconductor manufacturing automation projects within the Automation Technology Group. Own project plans from conception through implementation, define objectives, and manage schedules, resources, and cost performance using project management tools. Lead multifunctional design teams and provide technical leadership while coordinating with customers worldwide for status, release, and deployment. Drive capital and procurement requests and resolve complex program issues to deliver on-time, within-budget results.

•Develop and oversee project plans from conception and planning through implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources.
•Manage schedules and task details using project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.
•Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within-budget project objectives.
•Initiate and manage capital allocation requests, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
•Lead multifunctional design teams (internal, external, and/or matrixed) and provide technical leadership; coordinate with customers on objectives and status for release and deployment.
