Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement, maintain, and advance manufacturing systems, including site automation and Industry 4.0 growth roadmap efforts.
  • •Define process stability and standard work, takt/capacity requirements, and waste-elimination opportunities to improve flow.
  • •Configure and update control systems such as Ignition stations and asset monitoring and Dynamic Manufacturing Management in fabrication.
  • •Lead major projects to deploy Industry 4.0 tools and technologies into manufacturing operations, with accountability for delivery.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as liaison to manufacturing leaders; train plant personnel and develop documentation (e.g., process flow diagrams, PFMEA, control plans, job safety analysis).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing automation, controls, and Industry 4.0 in a manufacturing setting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience with Ignition (Inductive Automation) and Dynamic Manufacturing Management in fabrication.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment across project/program boundaries.
  • •Able to manage and lead multiple projects/programs simultaneously while influencing business leaders without direct authority.
